Items on our website usually ship within 48 business hours, but if item(s) are out of stock and back-ordered, they may take longer before shipping. If an item online is listed in stock but cannot ship immediately, we will call or email you within 24 hours informing you of such situation. Once we do this, you will have 48 business hours after receipt of the email to respond no matter whether you want to cancel or change the order. If we do not receive a response, we will assume you are in acceptance of the delay, and will ship your order within the above mentioned time frame.
If your order is for outdoor landscape lighting, we require your order to be above $100.00. All landscape lighting orders over $100.00 (before any taxes and shipping expenses) typically ship within 3 business days because these items need assembling and testing before they ship. If you do place an order for landscape lighting products and your order is under $100.00, we will accept the order, but any landscape lighting order under $100.00 before shipping and taxes (if any) may take up two (2) weeks to ship. Therefore please allow us up to two weeks for shipping if our deal is in this situation.
We offer a limited 30 day return policy on new, unopened product(s) in resellable condition. No returns will be accepted after THIRTY (30) days from date of delivery. Any returns that are accepted must be within thirty (30) days time frame, and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and credit card fees. All returns must be authorized prior to the customer shipping back the item(s). Authorized returns will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and you must place this RMA Number on the return package(s). Any items shipped back to us without an RMA Number will be refused by our Shipping and Receiving department. Order Cancellations: If you place an order on our website or over the phone, your credit card will be charged immediately. If you choose to cancel the order before the order ships, your order will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee includes all credit card fees we incur for both charging and refunding your credit card, as well as handling fees. If your order has shipped (left our warehouse en route to you), you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do want you to be satisfied with your product(s), and will do everything in our power to make you, the customer, satisfied. We may or may not on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion, waive the restocking fee if the customer is looking to exchange a product(s) for other product(s) on our website at an equal or greater price. All returned products must be returned in new, unused and resaleable condition. All of our products are covered by manufacturer's warranty and we will honor all warranties specified on each product (i.e. 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, etc. ) against mechanical defects. We will cover reasonable ground shipping back and forth for any defective products under warranty within the first Thirty (30) days after delivery of your product. After this Thirty (30) day period, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs of the product(s) under warranty, but we will still repair or replace, at our discretion, your defective products at no charge to you. Please keep in mind the following circumstances that will void your warranties (and will make your product non-returnable): Rope Light and Tape light are sold in sections / spools. You are welcome to cut and splice such products, but once you do so, your warranty will be null and void. Also, any cut Rope Light or Tape Light is non-returnable, no exceptions. Once you cut it, you own it. We recommend you test such products to make sure it is what you want BEFORE making your cuts.
