100 Foot Spool of 12 awg 2 strand (12/2) Landscape Lighting Direct Burial Cable. This 100 foot length of low voltage outdoor wire is designed for landscape lighting, security, and outdoor accent lighting applications. It features a UV resistant, black PVC coating, is suitable for direct burial, and is rated at 16 amps or 192 watts per run. The heavy duty 12 AWG wire features 2 conducting copper wires. Construction consists of stranded uncoated annealed copper conductors, laid parallel and insulated with polyvinyl chloride. Construction – Our 12 awg 2 wire (12/2) landscape direct burial cable is constructed with 65/.0100" Stranding, 45 MILS (Insulation Min Ave Walls), and has the Nominal Dimensions of 0.390" x 0.195".

Conductors – Bunch or rope stranded uncoated annealed copper conforming to UL requirements. 

Assembly – The two conductors are laid parallel and insulated. A continuous web shall keep the conductors together.

Insulation – Black polyvinyl chloride conforming to Underwriters Laboratories Class 43 60°C thermoplastic, suitable for direct burial. One leg has a raised ridge for polarity.
